Reece and John from Essex Eco Ltd fitted an air source heat pump at our new build property last year and I would highly recommend them. They were professional, helpful and made the whole process straightforward. They are very knowledgeable and clean and tidy workers. Have recently had the annual service which again was completed efficiently and in a friendly manner. We are happy with the ASHP. It is quiet, seems to be pretty economical and produces plenty of hot water for showers and our underfloor heating.
John from Essex Eco came to my rescue when my heat pump failed over the Christmas period and my usual engineer was unwilling to come out. He was very helpful and explained things clearly. He was able to get it up and running again and provided some sound advice. I was impressed by his professionalism, tidiness and care.
